Heena advises on cross-border PE transactions, public equity and M&A providing a legal and strategic lens. She has advised leading financial sponsors around various matters including structuring and executing investments, advisories in and around the regulatory and securities market landscape, cross-border consultancy and employment arrangements in a tax optimized manner.

She has also represented ARCs in connection to the restructuring of their debts and attendant formalities. She also actively works on policy advocacy initiatives to streamline the regulatory framework (written and sometimes unwritten).

  • Advised Cintra INR Investments BV, a subsidiary of Ferrovial S.A., Europe’s largest infrastructure groups in their investment of ~USD 430 mn in IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited
  • Advised GIC Singapore on its PIPE investment in Nazara Technologies
  • Advised Glade Brook Capital and Canaan Valley Capital on their investment in Dailyhunt for USD 100 mn
  • Advised GIC Singapore on their pre-IPO investment in Star Health
  • Advised Square Yards on its fundraise of USD 25 mn from ADM Capital
  • Advised GIC Singapore on their pre-IPO investment in Ixigo
  • Advised Proprium Capital Partners in their mezzanine financing into Scalar Projects, one of the largest warehousing platforms in India
