Isha’s practice focuses on private equity, in domestic and cross-border transactions. She has experience in tax structuring, and pooling structures with a focus on new age vehicles in GIFT City. She has assisted in advising sovereign wealth funds, sponsors and investors across a broad range of corporate, regulatory and tax issues.

Her previous experience includes advising on implementing effective mechanisms for good corporate governance, bankruptcy laws, and financial sector regulations with a focus on insurance laws.
