He advises sovereign wealth funds, global financial sponsors and large corporates, primarily on private equity, M&A, and public trades. He has also worked on aspects of securities regulations and cross-border tax. He has contributed to the firm’s policy advocacy measures in the real asset space and in the evolution of the securities law framework.
