We are delighted to have represented NH-2 SPV (i.e. Varanasi Aurangabad NH-2 Tollway Pvt. Ltd.) and its parent entity Indus Concessions on the ~USD 350mn financing from a clutch of banks and offshore funds. Indus Concessions is ultimately owned by ROADIS, a global integrated player which develops, operates and manages transportation infrastructure assets.
Roadis currently manages 1,882 km of toll roads in operation in 9 concessions across five countries: Brazil, Mexico, India, Portugal and Spain.
