Overview
Sharia assists the firm in advising clients on complex transactions involving private equity, private debt, venture capital investment and regulatory matters. She also helps in preparing associated documentation for these deals.
Her passionate interest in the securities & competition law motivates her to actively contribute to the firm’s research and publications.
