Resolüt advises GIC Singapore on its investment in IRB Infrastructure Trust’s ~USD 210 million rights issue

We are delighted to announce that we advised affiliates of GIC Singapore on their investment in the USD 210mn rights issue by IRB Infrastructure Trust. The rights issue proceeds were used to acquire Meerut Budaun Expressway Limited, a special purpose vehicle tasked with the development of package – 1 of the Ganga Expressway.

The InvIT holds a portfolio of 15 road projects, spanning across 10,567 lane kms.
