Radhika leads the strategic communications at the firm. She is involved in policy advocacy measures and engages in bridging the gap between global investors and Indian companies. With her global network of HNIs, family offices, venture capitalists and investment funds, she empowers young global startups and Indian companies in tech, infrastructure, healthcare, and financial services by helping them raise global funds and get mentorship from industry experts. She regularly interviews and interacts with the who’s who of the industry from a knowledge sharing perspective to promote leadership and investments in India.
She is one of the top 20 Linkedin influencers in the country (close to 200,000 followers). She writes on innovative business ideas that are being adopted across the globe. Radhika was recognised as one of the top 25 most influential women leaders of Mumbai in 2021 by World Women Leadership Congress, and is extensively involved in speaking at various public forums.
