Overview
Maseeh assists the firm in advising clients on complex transactions, including private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters. He provides sovereign wealth funds and private equity funds with legal and strategic counsel across the entire transaction lifecycle, from structuring to documentation and execution.
He has a keen interest in the infrastructure space and explores this field by regularly contributing to the firm’s research and publication arm.
