We are delighted to announce that Resolut Partners acted as the India legal, regulatory and antitrust counsel on the ~USD 100mn buyout of Logos Asia. Resolut Partners also assisted in obtaining the regulatory approvals from SEBI for change of control of the Logos India funds.
The acquisition was done by a private consortium led by Trent Illife (Co-founder, Logos Group), Mehul Shah (CEO, Logos India), Glen Hughes (CEO, Logos Vietnam) and Aaron Murray (CIO, Logos Asia). This deal is also the first ever management buy-out in the Indian logistics space.
