At Rx Propellant-an Actis backed platform, he devised a pan-India strategy to establish Lifesciences clusters in high-growth market and identified investment opportunity of USD ~500 million across 6 million sq. ft with the existing portfolio consisting multiple projects in Genome Valley, Hyderabad along with Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai which are major Lifesciences hotspots. Their upcoming platform – The Medical Centre is aimed at transforming healthcare experience in India through its infrastructure delivery platform with integrated health and wellness facilities. Under his aegis, Cerestra plans to list its portfolio of edu-infra assets as Schoolhouse InvIT – India’s maiden Education Infrastructure focused platform.
